• Position : Quantity Surveyor (Tender/Contract Management) – Up to $6,500 + AWS
• Location : Office at Bukit Merah Central
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + AWS + Annual Bonus + Mobile Allowance + 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Consultancy Firm

Main Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of projects
• Feasibility studies & early cost advice.
• Preparation of cost estimate & cost plan
• Value management & cost management
• Advice and management of the overall procurement process
• Preparation of tender & contract documentation
• Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting
• Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done
• Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account
• Attendance to project & site meeting

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience

Able to work independently
