Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Establish quality management system and programs, conduct regular inspections and audits of assembly processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address defects and non-conformities.
Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
Ensure all quality assurance activities are in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Provide training and guidance to junior quality engineers and other team members on quality best practices, quality programs and quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints regarding product performance and quality, ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues, improve customer satisfaction through quality improvements.
Oversee all quality-related audits, both internal and external.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
