PROJECT ENGINEER, WASTEWATER

• Location: Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM –12:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of utility systems, including water treatment and waste management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyze and optimize water and waste treatment processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability within semiconductor manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of water waste management systems into plant operations
• Ensure all water and waste management activities adhere to local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards
• Prepare detailed design documents, feasibility studies, and regular reports to monitor system performance and compliance
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering roles related to gas, chemical, or water waste
• systems.
• Strong expertise in engineering calculations, equipment selection, and detailed design
• development.
• Experience with process safety management (PSM), risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to extended hours
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
