About the Company

Our client is a specialist contractor providing turnkey solutions in high-purity gas systems for the semiconductor and electronics industries. Backed by its China headquarters with over a decade of experience in wafer fabs and high-tech facilities, the Singapore team supports major industrial projects through integrated project management, engineering, and installation services.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of project activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
• Handle procurement tasks, including issuing POs and monitoring vendor deliveries
• Provide on-site support during project implementation
• Propose and help implement workflow improvements
• Monitor and control daily project costs, and prepare related claims

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or admin support, preferably in construction/M&E
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); project management software knowledge is a plus
• Independent, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (listening/speaking) to liaise with China-based engineering team
• Willing to support site work and occasional Saturday overtime
