The Job

• Update and manage safety and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to MOM,WSHA and customer ESH standards.
• Maintain accurate version control and proper filing of engineering drawings,bills of materials and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper maintenance and organisation and upkeep of all engineering-related documents like project schedules,permits,purchase orders,QA reports and technical records.

• Detail-oriented,organised and love helping things run smoothly
• Good proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese as you will liasing with Chinese-speaking clients
