Procurement (Semiconductor)

Basic information:

• Basic up to $4500
• AWS, VB and allowance provided
• 5 days work week, Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Located at Tampines

Job Description:

• Manage the full spectrum of purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping arrangements, and delivery follow-ups
• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements
• Expedite and coordinate with vendors to meet production schedules and address supply issues proactively
• Oversee inventory management and periodically review stocking policies as directed by management
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs declarations
• Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and inventory control
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, purchasing database updates, and submission of PO/DN/Invoice to Finance
• Handle RMA/NCT returns to suppliers efficiently
• Implement and support cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy in procurement
