Procurement Executive - Tampines

Our Client:

• MNC IT Hardware Manufacturer
• Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5.30pm
• Tampines
• Up to $4500 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with supply chain planning and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiation, shipping arrangements, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and act on MRP requirements, place purchase orders, and expedite with vendors to support production schedules.
• Handle procurement documentation and reporting, including PO/invoice processing, RMA/NCT returns, and weekly/monthly report updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Able to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage multiple vendors efficiently
