As a Phonics Teacher / Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging phonics program that fosters literacy skills and a lifelong love for learning.
We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions:
- Full-Time: 4 Weekdays + Saturdays or Sundays | Available at SingPost Centre or Tampines Hub.
- Part-Time:
Pure Weekdays (4 days/week) at SingPost Centre or 3 Weekdays + Sundays at Tampines Hub.
Salary Range:
- Part Time Phonics Teacher: 2200−2300
- Full Time Teaching Assistant: 2200−2300
Working Hours for Full Time:
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Hours for Part Time:
- Weekdays: 3 PM to 8 PM
- Weekends: 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Implement a proven phonics curriculum to help students develop essential literacy skills in a fun and interactive way.
- Foster a Love for Learning: Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and exploration.
- Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student development and provide constructive feedback to parents to keep them informed.
- Utilise Teaching Resources: Leverage a wide range of teaching tools and materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues and management to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional learning environment.
