Receptionist – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front-desk duties including greeting and assisting walk-in students, parents, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “A” Level, Diploma qualification, or relevant professional certification.
  • At least one year of experience working as a receptionist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
