Job Title: Operations Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Job Location: Tampines

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 working days including 1 weekend

Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,500 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations/Production Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of 8–15 operational staff at the client site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, operational efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and process management.

The Role:

· Supervise and lead the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

· Monitor and manage employee KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met and improved.

· Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and disputes; provide timely and effective resolutions.

· Provide regular coaching and training to employees to support their development and performance.

· Maintain clear communication between the operations team and management.

· Ensure the team adheres to company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols.

· Be present at, or report to, the client site as required to support ongoing operations and relationship management.

Requirements:

· Proven 1-2 years of experience in an operations, production, or supervisory role.
