Operations Executive - Order Fulfilment

Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, manage order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms, and coordinate logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Order Fulfillment:

- Process and fulfill orders from Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.

- Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

- Manage overseas shipments using the DHL dashboard for international orders.

Logistics & Billing:

- Liaise with courier partners (Ninja Van, DHL, Provenance) to ensure smooth deliveries.

- Handle monthly courier billing using the Xero accounting platform.

- Verify invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies with logistics providers.

Inventory & Product Management:

- Create and print product labels for shipments.

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and order processing.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Monitor platform performance and resolve order-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a plus (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok).

- Familiarity with logistics coordination and 3PL providers.

- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
