Operations Executive (Securities Trade Services – Data Management)

About the Role:

Support data setup and maintenance related to securities and accounts, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update data for securities like equities, bonds, funds, and structured notes
• Maintain counterparty and general data (e.g., holiday calendar, currency table, GIIN number)
• Set up nostro cash accounts and client current accounts
• Update debit/credit interest information in the system
• Follow internal SOPs and complete daily end-of-day checks
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and support projects when needed
• Manage and resolve issues or exceptions that arise
• Prepare reports and statistics for team tracking and management use

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in operations, treasury, or securities
• Familiar with front-to-end processing in a financial operations environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
