Location : Tampines Ave 9


As the General office is located at Level 2 of the school premises and there is no lift access to Level 2, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.


Job Title: Operations Executive


Contract (July 2025 – November 2025)


Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)


Monthly Salary Range:

$2,500 – $3,500 (commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience)


Job Description:

The Operations Executive supports the smooth and efficient daily operations of the school. This role is vital in managing facilities, logistics, vendor coordination, school safety, and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & Maintenance:

Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, and common areas.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facilities management.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness of the school premises.

  • Logistics & School Operations:

Manage logistics for school events, meetings, and daily operations.

Support in scheduling and coordinating use of school facilities such as classrooms, halls, and seminar rooms.

Monitor and manage stock of operational supplies (e.g., cleaning materials and equipment).

  • Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the school complies with relevant safety, health, and fire regulations (e.g., SCDF, NEA).

Assist in emergency preparedness, drills, and incident reporting.

  • Vendor & Contract Management:

Liaise with service providers (e.g., Term Contractors for M&E, BTP, cleaning, security) and ensure service level agreements are met.

Assist in procurement processes and maintain records of contracts and service logs.

  • Administrative Support:

Provide support to school staff in administrative or operational matters.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to school operations.

Support any other work assigned by Operations Managers, Administration Managers, Vice Principals, and Principal.


The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Good knowledge of facilities and operations management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work after office hours and during weekends when required, especially during school events, responding to security and fire alarm, etc.
  • Pleasant personality, willingness and inquisitiveness to learn.
  • Proactive, a team player, organised and able to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks using today’s office technologies and computer applications.
  • Preferably with relevant receptionist/administrative working experience.
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner. Good telephone communication etiquette answering inquiries from public and stakeholders.

  • Able to multitask and respond effectively to urgent matters.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on supporting the school community.
