Ocean Export Executive

As an Ocean Export Executive, the incumbent will provide comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of ocean export freight forwarding services provided by the Company.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining the documentation for the company’s Export activities
• Responsible for the permit declaration and BL transport documents required
• Responsible for Export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
• Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s inquiries are answered
• In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for export shipments
• In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum 3 years working of experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
• Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
