Mask Engineer

Responsibilities:

• KLA/PD inspection judgment and anomaly handling for photomask
• Planning and evaluation of photomask-related storage systems (Reticle stocker/cabinet), as well as planning and execution of related project plans
• Photomask IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance) / IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) processes
• Implementation of photomask anomaly improvement and recurrence prevention plans
• Establishment and maintenance of photomask management-related systems, such as RMS (Reticle Management System), photomask inspection mechanism systems, and dispatch systems
• Maintenance and management of photomask cleaning (Glass/pellicle side) and related equipment
• Training and specifications for DL operations in the photomask area.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and equivalent qualification.
• Min. 2 years of mask related job experience or 2 years Fab/Lithograph or PEI or defect team working experience will be first priority consideration
• Knowledge of wafer fab environment control (AMC /ESD/Particle etc) experience.
• Equipped with skill of SPC
• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
• Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.
