Logistics & Shipping Coordinator

📍 Location: Tampines/3 Changi North | 💼 1-Year Renewable Contract | 🗓️ 14 Days Annual Leave
💰 Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,500/month
🕒 Work Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Sat: 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM (44 hours/week)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming orders daily via email or EDI
• Accurately input orders into systems (SAP / Oracle / WMS) and generate pick slips
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare goods for shipping
• Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers for smooth delivery execution
• Book shipments and prepare Air Waybills (AWBs)
• Verify all shipment documentation—sender/receiver info, invoice, billing, and terms
• Ensure all required shipping permits are properly booked in a timely manner
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and proactively prevent delays
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
• Submit accurate and timely shipping reports as required

✅ Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or WMS is a plus
• High attention to detail, even under time pressure
