Perfect Order Fulfilment
- Ensure bulk availability for starts for all manufacturing lines.
- Ensure on-time starts and liaise with interfaces with operational updates to ensure wafer cycle time and deliveries to customers are on track.
Weekly Operational Planning (WOP)
- Weekly operational planning.
- Participate in weekly WOP alignment meeting between sites and plan changes in case of deviation.
Scope Of Work
- Execute scope of work between planning and logistics.
- Participate in planning of materials to site.
Delivery Scheduling
- Judge forecast on requirements, records of inventory levels and advise on appropriate time for request from warehouse.
- Liaise with engineers and monitor / expedite delivery schedule and status to ensure timely delivery of supplies / materials / equipment.
Warehouse Efficiency and Improvement
- Analyse flows and trends and propose areas of improvement in the warehouse and logistics functions.
- Participate in projects and workgroups.
Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures
- Utilise and improve reports, specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation.
- Execute existing workflow and documentation procedures and propose necessary improvements to comply with policies and ensure proper documentation and improve operational efficiency.
Cost Efficiency & Improvement
- Propose cost reduction plans.
- Develop cost-consciousness within the team.
- Initiate improvement projects and update progress and outcomes to the manager / engineer.
Educational Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics or Planning.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in Manufacturing.
