Role Summary:

You will be responsible for managing the logistics of import and export shipments, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handling logistics documentation and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• applying for all relevant import/export licenses and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and trade compliance standards, is also a crucial part of the role, particularly regarding import and export activities.
• preparing and managing all shipping-related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and other essential paperwork to ensure that all shipping documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• overseeing payment and billing processes, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and all financial transactions related to shipping and logistics operations.
• organizing and maintaining a well-structured document control system, ensuring all shipping related documents are easily accessible, updated, and compliant with relevant standards and company policies,
• coordinating shipping schedules and transportation arrangements with suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• monitoring shipments to track their progress, ensuring that they arrive on time, and will proactively resolve any issues such as delays or discrepancies by communicating with relevant parties.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or STEM related fields.
• Minimum 2 years & above of working experience in handling import & export shipping documents / procurement process.
• Experience in procurement process within the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point)
