Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to new or exist staff
· Maintain and update IT inventory
· Monitor daily backup
· Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment
· Knowledge of online system (HR System – Infotech / Microsoft / Autocad) is an advantage.
· Assist and renew of licensing (AutoCAD)
· Setting up Printer software
· Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
Ø Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
Ø 1-2 years of relevant experience
Ø Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
