Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Manage service delivery teams and coordinate activities to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement service delivery processes, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to propose enhancements and innovations in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze service performance data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
