Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming phone calls, fax and e-mail messages
  • Ensure that there is administrative support available to all the employees at any point in time
  • Prepare and manage Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Goods Receive Note, etc (training will be provided)
  • Prepare & follow up action items from outstanding sales
  • Clean up data entry of projects and follow up action items
  • Ensure all files are organise
  • Key in all bills to pay in accounting system (XERO), training will be given if required
  • Scanning, filing and ensure all files are organised
  • Ensures that the office is kept tidy and well organized at all times
  • Plans, organizes and schedules meetings for the Management and staff
  • All Adhoc administrative works where applicable

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in administrative roles
  • Simple data entry via Excel and XERO accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software

Other information

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9am - 6pm (No OT, Work life balance)
  • Tampines, Singapore (East)
  • Upon confirmation, medical & dental claim annually
  • Anniversary incentives
