Job Title: HR Manager (Reporting to HR Director)
Location: Tampines
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5.30 pm)
Basic Salary: up to $8500

Job Responsibilities：
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal statutory regulations and the headquarters’ requirements in the C&B function, e.g. MOM and employee-related, RBA, etc.
- Ensure competitiveness in compensation through benchmarking with companies in the manufacturing/ contract manufacturing/ semiconductor industries.
- Plan and manage the yearly merit increment and appraisal process that is executed and completed timely.
- Propose competitive compensation package for salary adjustment, including promotion and upgrade cases.
- Execute bonus planning proposal and oversee the completion of payout activities following the guidelines and approved budget.
- Drive and participate in the annual budgeting exercise.
- Maintain current knowledge of market issues and changes in government regulations affecting the Company’s compensation and benefits system.
- Develop and maintain HR procedures and documents for this process.
- HRI and HRMC Liaison.
- Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects in the organisation.
Training & Development
- Guide HR Administrators in the aspect of Training & Development
- Oversee the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development to align with business objectives.
- Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model.
- Act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in HR Management.
- Minimum 8 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis, training and development function.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and possesses a positive attitude.
- Hands-on and be able to engage the teams.
- Knowledge and experience handling the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements would be advantageous.
