Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Tampines
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours:8.30AM-6PM
Basic Salary: $ 3000- $ 3500 (Depends on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process relocation arrangements for new hires and transferred employees, including housing, travel, and onboarding support.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM submissions).
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and personal files accurately and confidentially.
- Provide administrative support for the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and exit clearance.
- Assist in the coordination of employee benefits, such as insurance, medical claims, and leave administration.
- Prepare HR-related letters and documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and salary adjustment letters.
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment logistics as required.
- Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general office administration duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and coordinating courier services.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions; experience with work pass applications and relocation arrangements is an advantage.
- Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations regarding foreign worker passes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
