Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients: Discussing desired styles, analyzing hair and scalp conditions, and recommending appropriate services.
• Performing hair services: Shampooing, cutting, coloring, perming, styling, and other treatments as needed.
• Providing hair and scalp care advice: Recommending products and techniques for maintaining healthy hair and scalp.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: Ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized and workstations are tidy.
• Promoting and selling salon products: Recommending and selling hair care products to clients.
• Building and maintaining client relationships: Creating a welcoming environment and fostering loyalty among clients.
• Staying up-to-date on trends: Continuously learning about new techniques, styles, and products.
• Working with a team: Collaborating with other stylists and salon staff to provide a positive client experience.
• Managing appointments: Scheduling and managing appointments effectively.
• Handling payments and maintaining records: Processing payments and keeping records of services and products used.
