Hey, Jon here! I'm the Owner of Homeground Gym Clementi, and I want you to join me ASAP in being the pioneers of this beautiful gym + pilates studio as a PART-TIME PERSONAL TRAINER (at our gym) WITH AN OPTION to become full-time when demand calls for it.

HGGP is a newly-branded fitness gym (est. 2021), and we just opened a club here in 352 CLEMENTI AVE. 2.

HGGP Clementi is a club that expects high standards from each team member. That said, I'll always ensure that the working environment is friendly and healthy so we can succeed together for a very long time. I foresee that we'll work very closely to help each other achieve our common goals, so I'll be incredibly honest in this job ad. Roles & Responsibilities

- Humbly learn from and align standards with our Head Coach & Natural Bodybuilder Kah Qi (@kah.fitnesss on Insta)

- Conduct 1-on-1 and/or 1-to-2 sessions with high energy and professionalism.

- Customize workout plans that cater to members’ fitness levels and goals.

- Build genuine relationships with clients, motivating them to achieve their fitness goals.

- Be an advocate of fitness both in-person and on our social media (https://www.instagram.com/homeground.gympilates/). Don't worry, our marketing employee will do social media for you.

- Collaborate on social media content, showcasing your expertise, personality, and fitness journey.

- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of gym equipment and training areas. Don't worry, I will help you.

- Participate in occasional gym events, marketing activities, and community engagements.

- Have fun while inspiring and transforming lives!

Working Hours & Arrangements

- Flexible hours that prioritize your sessions and our content creation.

- Expected to be present for classes or personal training sessions, and important events.

- Flexible schedule as long as work is done properly and clients are satisfied.

Remuneration & Benefits

Part-Time Personal Trainer:

• $40/hr per 1-hr session, and $50/hr if a client continues a package with you OR if you bring a new client into the gym

Additional Benefits:

- FREE gym membership at HGGP Clementi during your employment duration.
