Front Desk & Sales Consultant (Tampines TCM Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote TCM treatments, health packages, and wellness products in line with the clinic’s philosophy
• Provide tailored treatment and wellness recommendations based on individual client health concerns and consultation outcomes
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure continuity of care and encourage sales conversions
• Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets while maintaining high service standards
• Educate clients on the benefits, efficacy, and expected outcomes of various TCM treatments and therapies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term retention and encourage referrals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sales, receptionist, or front-desk role (experience in TCM/clinic/spa/healthcare industry preferred)
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, confident, and sales-oriented personality with a passion for holistic wellness
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic clinic environment
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Basic understanding of TCM principles is an advantage (comprehensive training will be provided)
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled
