We are looking for friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our education centre!

You will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional environment while providing excellent customer service.

1. Welcome Visitors

2. Handle Inquiries

• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries.

3. Manage Student Matters

• Oversee student registration and maintain accurate records.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Address questions and concerns with care and professionalism.

5. Provide Administrative Support

• Support day-to-day centre operations.
