• Mon–Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Sat: 9:00am – 12:30pm

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver top-notch technical support and service during on-site visits
• Handle installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing based on work orders
• Identify and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer networks and systems
• Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth, successful deployments
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking, or any IT-related field
• A genuine interest in hands-on fieldwork and client-facing roles
• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and system administration is a plus
• No experience? No problem. Training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn
