Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day building and facility maintenance such as cleaning, security, CCTV system, landscape, etc.
- Manage and oversee all outsourced service providers during the servicing/maintenance works and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, report defects and safety non-compliance, determine necessity of repair/maintenance works and recommend improvements to ensure optimal building condition.
- Maintain good rapport with the tenants in attending to their feedback/query.
- Facilitate tenants and contractors in the fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance works and ensure consistency and compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards and building regulations.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to and necessary licenses are renewed timely.
- Contract administration for term contracts and projects, including procurement of goods and services.
- Facilitate in the tender process, such as tender specifications, site walk, tender clarifications, evaluation and drafting of approval paper.
- Part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), assist in table-top exercises and fire evacuation drills.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies that can improve productivity for better cost efficiency.
- Support adherence to OHS regulations and building safety standards by assisting in safety inspections, reporting hazards, and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment for tenants and staff.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates from Real Estate industry preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in tenancy works would be an added advantage.
- Strong team player with good organisational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with integrity and proactiveness.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
