- Location: Location: Tampines / Woodlands (This position will be based at the project site and will require travel between the two locations as needed.)

Job Description:
Environmental Control (ECO):
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with local environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), incorporating waste management, pollution control, and sustainability strategies.
- Conduct regular environmental inspections and assessments; identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into environmental incidents; document findings, identify root causes, and enforce preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of environmental inspections, compliance reports, and incident logs.
- Conduct environmental awareness training for employees and contractors.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on environmental matters and ensure timely submission of documentation.
Workplace Safety and Health (WSHC):
- Assist in the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System.
- Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular site safety audits, toolbox meetings, and promotional programs to foster a strong safety culture.
- Investigate all safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions for management review.
- Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date and maintained.
- Coordinate and participate in risk assessments and ensure bridging documentation meets project specifications.
- Recommend and apply reasonably practicable control measures for all identified EHS risks.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an environmental control or environmental management role, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications are mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or high-tech facility environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centers)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act, and other applicable regulations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
