Plan and prepare meals according to requirements.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with hygiene regulations.
Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage food cost and wastage.
Handle special meal requests and adjust menus based on feedback.
Manage kitchen schedules and allocate duties to team members.
Job Requirements:
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage kitchen operations and work under pressure.
Understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit to handle kitchen duties (standing, lifting, etc.).
