Construction Manager (Building | Tampines)

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to lead site operations for a Mixed development project @ Tampines. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and lead the construction team.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues effectively.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost targets, and material usage.
• Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
• Enforce workplace safety and health practices in accordance with MOM regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in main contractor environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local construction codes, authorities' requirements, and safety regulations
