Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 4-month contract, subject to renewal

Salary: Up to $ 4,300 per month

What you will be working on?

1. Support the the engagement and outreach to stakeholders such as venue owner, grassroots and partner agencies.
2. Work with team and partners to identify, secure, or procure venues, logistics, and performances etc.
3. Work closely with core comms team to manage any publicity efforts
4. Collation of data, if any, and Human interest stories of residents/ performers from engagements, surveys etc. for reporting and analysis needs.
5. Work closely with other government agencies and community partners
6. Handles procurement and put up SOAs for reimbursement from ministry.
7. Monitors and tracks KPIs of programme
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in community event management and coordination would be advantageous.
