Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting business goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage appointment schedules, staff rosters, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order salon products and supplies in a timely manner.

2. Staff Management & Training

  • Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including manicurists and lash artish.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment to maintain high staff morale.

3. Customer Service & Experience

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any service-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Sales & Business Growth

  • Monitor sales performance and set targets for services and retail products.
  • Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Analyze branch performance reports and recommend improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a salon, spa, or lash retail management role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of nail and lash services, trends, and products.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Language skill in English/Chinese is essential.
