Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group of companies, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Perform detailed budgeting and forecasting activities; provide variance analysis and financial insights.
Manage and review day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and the general ledger.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure timely audits and statutory compliance.
Monitor project costs, capital expenditure, and inventory, particularly for robotics equipment and imported components.
Support cost control, internal control implementation, and continuous process improvements.
Assist in Accounting system upgrades or financial automation tools in collaboration with IT and operational teams.
Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
Supervise and support junior finance team members when needed.
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements in line with company policies.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
