Air Import Operations/Coordinator | Up to $3,100 | Changi

• Salary: $2,300 – $3,100 (based on experience)
• Location: Tampines 📍
• Contract: 1-Year Renewable (Potential for long-term opportunity)
• Leave: 14 days paid annual leave
• Working Hours:
  ▸ Mon–Fri: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
  ▸ Sat: 8:30AM – 12:30PM (44 hours/week)

Operations & Documentation

• Handle break bulk imports and cargo arrival processes
• Sort and verify key shipping documents
• Conduct cargo checks/surveys at SATS or DNATA when required

Coordination & Customer Contact

• Liaise with customers to confirm agents and delivery plans
• Work closely with freight forwarders, contractors, and internal teams for cargo flow
• Respond to requests for cargo handling charges

System Updates & Compliance

• Update Proof of Delivery (POD) in systems
• Submit cargo manifests and ensure all permits/delivery notes are properly returned

Billing & Reporting

• Process billing and generate invoices for air imports
• Prepare monthly activity reports and handle permit declarations (both import/export)

Requirements

• Someone organized and detail-oriented — a “checklist master”
• Able to juggle multiple tasks under time pressure
• Prior experience in air freight imports is a bonus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and logistics software
