Air Import Executive

Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines / Tanah Merah)

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm & Alt. Sat, 9am to 1pm

Salary: Up to $3500

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Airfreight Import-related matters.
• Manage both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth handling of import shipments.
• Proactively follow up on urgent shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders across different functions, including Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales.
• Ensure that customer expectations are met and documented within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular Business Reviews (MBR or QBR) with customers to assess performance.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Oversee the end-to-end process, including billing, for import shipments.
• Address and resolve any billing disputes with customers.
