Air Export Officer (East / Up to $2800)

Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines / Tanah Merah)
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm & Alt Sat, 9am to 1pm
Salary: Basic up to $2800

Job duties:
- Provide prompt customer service and deliver flight details to customers.
- Ensure export documents are in compliance and permit to be processed on time.
- Monitor shipment status and promptly inform customers of any issues.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and updates of airfreight rates.
- Stay informed on airline and government regulations.
- Submit monthly customer reports on time.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in air freight / logistics would be advantageous
- Singaporean or PR only
